Returns & Cancellation Policy – Mrs Optic

At Mrs Optic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We sell and ship our products within Israel and internationally, and our return policy is designed to comply with both Israeli Consumer Protection Law and global e-commerce standards.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer support via email or the “Cancellation Request” link on our website.
After Delivery:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be returned within 7 days of your cancellation request, unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
A cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or cancellations for the following products:

Prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses made to order
Custom-made contact lenses
Contact lenses that have been opened
Promotional bundles (e.g., “Buy 1 Get 1 Free”) unless returned in full
Items with removed tags, barcode (SKU), or signs of use

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match the description:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or full refund – including return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Exchanges (Not Due to Defect)

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Exchanges depend on availability and may be limited to certain regions.

Store-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to technical, stock, or delivery limitations (domestic or international), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

A full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified.

Disclaimer of Responsibility

Mrs Optic is not responsible for:

Damage caused after delivery (scratches, breakage, etc.)
Natural changes in frame color or materials over time
Inaccuracies in prescription details provided by the customer
Customs delays or import duties in international orders

في Mrs Optic، رضا الزبائن هو أولويتنا.

نحن نبيع ونشحن منتجاتنا داخل إسرائيل وخارجها، وسياسة الإرجاع لدينا مصممة لتتوافق مع قانون حماية المستهلك الإسرائيلي وكذلك مع معايير التجارة الإلكترونية العالمية.

إلغاء الطلب

قبل الشحن:
يمكن إلغاء الطلب في أي وقت قبل شحنه، من خلال التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال رابط “طلب الإلغاء” الموجود في الموقع.
بعد الاستلام:
يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 14 يومًا من استلامه.
يجب إعادة المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الإلغاء، على أن تكون غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية، وبالتغليف الأصلي السليم.
يتم خصم رسوم إلغاء بنسبة 5% أو 100₪ (أيهما أقل) من قيمة المبلغ المسترد.

منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الإلغاء

لا يمكن إرجاع أو إلغاء الطلبات التالية:

النظارات الطبية أو الشمسية المصنّعة حسب الطلب
العدسات اللاصقة الخاصة والمصنوعة خصيصًا
العبوات المفتوحة للعدسات
العروض الترويجية (مثل 1+1)، إلا إذا تم إرجاع كامل الحزمة
المنتجات التي تمت إزالة الباركود أو التاغ أو التي يظهر عليها أي استخدام

في حال وجود خلل أو اختلاف في المنتج

إذا وصل المنتج بحالة تالفة أو لا يطابق ما هو موضح في الموقع:

يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 14 يومًا من استلام الطلب
بعد الموافقة، يمكن استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ بالكامل – بما في ذلك رسوم الشحن
يجب إعادة المنتج في عبوته الأصلية، دون استخدام، مع إثبات الشراء

الاستبدال (في حال عدم وجود خلل)

في حال رغبتك باستبدال المنتج، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام
يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي عبوته الأصلية، وجميع التاغات (الملصقات) مرفقة
الاستبدال يتم وفقًا لتوفر المنتج، وقد يكون محدودًا حسب الدولة

إلغاء من طرف المتجر

في حالات نادرة، قد نضطر إلى إلغاء الطلب في حال وجود مشاكل تقنية، أو نقص بالمخزون، أو تعذر الشحن (داخل أو خارج البلاد).

سيتم إعادة المبلغ كاملًا، مع إشعار الزبون بالإلغاء.

إخلاء مسؤولية

Mrs Optic غير مسؤولة عن:

الأضرار التي تحدث بعد التوصيل (كسر، خدوش، إلخ)
التغيّرات الطبيعية في لون أو خامة الإطار مع الوقت
عدم دقة الوصفة الطبية المقدمة من الزبون
تأخير الجمارك أو الرسوم الإضافية في الشحن الدولي
